About Regios Brushes

A Nearshore Industrial Brush Manufacturer for North American Industry

Regios Brushes, also known as Cepillos Regios, is a Mexico-based manufacturer of custom and replacement industrial brushes for production equipment, machinery, conveyors, fabrication systems, cleaning processes, material handling, and OEM applications.

From our manufacturing operations in Monterrey, we support U.S. procurement, engineering, maintenance, plant operations, and machinery teams with brushes built from drawings, samples, photographs, dimensions, part numbers, machine models, or application requirements.

Our goal is straightforward: help industrial buyers obtain a technically appropriate brush through a responsive North American supply model, with clear communication, technical application support, competitive total landed-cost planning, potential USMCA advantages for qualifying products, and warranty-backed workmanship.

Who We Are

Built to Solve the Sourcing Problems Behind the Brush

An industrial brush may appear to be a simple component, but the wrong diameter, filament, core, shaft, trim length, density, mounting configuration, or working action can create production problems.

A poorly matched brush can lead to damaged material, inadequate cleaning, inconsistent finishing, premature wear, difficult installation, increased downtime, or repeated purchasing delays.

Regios was built to help buyers solve those problems before manufacturing begins.

We do not expect every customer to arrive with a finished engineering drawing. Our team can begin with a worn brush, photograph, sketch, part number, machine make and model, basic dimensions, or an explanation of the process problem.

From there, we help define the brush configuration required for the application and prepare a commercial scope for review.

Our Story

From Monterrey Manufacturing Needs to a North American Supply Partner

Regios Brushes was founded in 2015 by Mauricio Contreras.

Before establishing the company, Mauricio developed international sales and marketing experience with global brands including L'Oréal and Red Bull. That background shaped his understanding of customer service, commercial discipline, brand trust, communication, and the importance of building a company around both customers and employees.

In Monterrey, one of North America's major manufacturing centers, he saw an opportunity to create a more responsive source for industrial brushes: a manufacturer combining customization, practical technical support, clear communication, cost-conscious production, and attention to the people using the product.

Regios has grown by working closely with customers, learning from each application, developing its production team, and manufacturing around real machinery and process requirements. Today, the company supports applications across Mexico and the United States through a broader North American supply model.

What Has Remained Consistent

  • Customer needs are reviewed before a configuration is recommended.
  • Employees understand product and quality requirements.
  • Communication is treated as part of the product.
  • Continuous learning is encouraged.
  • Long-term relationships and repeat orders matter.
  • Custom manufacturing begins with the application.
